ColourPop Tidal Wave Pressed Powder Shadow Quad ($9.00 for 0.21 oz.) is a new, teal-themed color story that included two shimmery shades and two matte shades designed to coordinate with the brand’s temporary hair color range. All four shades were fairly pigmented, blendable, and lasted for around eight hours on me but had some powderiness/dryness overall.
