Charlotte Tilbury Blush Gold Jewel Lips ($32.00 for 0.13 oz.) is a light-medium coral with moderate,w arm undertones and flecks of darker, rosy copper sparkle and finer gold pearl. It had sheer to semi-sheer color coverage, which applied evenly on my lips without appearing streaking along the edges. It didn’t really smooth out my lip lines, but it didn’t emphasize them either.
The texture was smooth, lightweight, and non-sticky with more of a cushion-like feel–plush but not heavy–that was comfortable and hydrating to wear. The only issue was that it lasted for three hours, which is a bit below average on gloss in my experience, but far below the claimed wear-time.

It's supposed to "last up to 7 hours" with "plump-effect moisture and hydration" with a "sheer wash" of "glimmering" color. The formula has a smooth, lightweight consistency that was spreadable and non-sticky, though it was thin enough that I could feel some faint sparkle if I pressed my lips together for shades with enough sparkle content.
The pigmentation was sheer, as described, and while it wasn't smoothing, it had very minor product that settled into my lip lines, so it often wasn't visible from a normal viewing distance (just when I checked close-up). I don't know under what circumstances the gloss would carry on for seven hours--that's quite long for even very tacky gloss--and that was where these fell shortest: they were more like two to three hours of wear. The formula felt lightly hydrating, and I didn't notice any superior/additional plumping effect than one would get with a glossy lip color in general (but no tingle either).

Charlotte Tilbury Champagne Diamonds Jewel Lips ($32.00 for 0.13 oz.) is a soft, medium peach with strong, warm undertones and flecks of multi-colored sparkle with flashes of gold, pink, and bluish-violet. The gloss had a smooth, lightweight texture that was non-sticky and comfortable to wear as it felt plusher (which ensured the sparkles didn’t come through texturally).
It had sheer color coverage with good dispersion of the shimmer/sparkles throughout. This particular shade seemed to smooth out some of the finer lip lines I had, too. The product stayed on well for three hours and felt hydrating over time.

Charlotte Tilbury Opal Magic Jewel Lips ($32.00 for 0.13 oz.) had a translucent, pale milky peach base with flecks of gold sparkle. It seemed to vary between lighter, white gold and light-medium, yellower gold sparkles. It had sheer pigmentation in a single layer, which had the effect of lightening my natural lip color and adding some warmth.
The sparkles/shimmer had good dispersion, so that they appeared as an even layer of product. The gloss had a lightweight, smooth texture that wasn’t sticky and was comfortable to wear. It lasted nicely for three hours and felt moisturizing over time.
